Our History

Craige street bistro is a new addition to the downtown restaurant scene, but our story begins long ago. Our chef and owner, Craig Erickson, grew up in the restaurant business. His family owned and operated a successful catering company, and he learned the importance of fresh, seasonal ingredients and great customer service from an early age.

After working in some of the best restaurants in the country, Craig decided to open his own place. He wanted to create a restaurant that would offer an intimate setting and a menu that was simple but refined. And so, craige street bistro was born.
